Brian Stewart, of Sea Isle City, was discovered at about 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14 along Central Avenue near the corner of 37th Street in Sea Isle City, police said.
There were no signs of trauma to Stewart’s body, they said.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
